Juanita Williams joined Lyons HR as a staff accountant in 2009 and currently serves as the company’s corporate controller. She began her career more than 35 years ago working for a multi-state management firm which controlled a national retail chain, wholesale distribution, and a specialty publishing operation. During her tenure there, she performed a variety of roles in corporate accounting, management, technology, and tax. Juanita spent the next eight years working for a Florence-based CPA firm where she gained extensive experience in general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, tax preparation, and office management. As the corporate controller of Lyons HR, Juanita manages the accounting staff and is responsible for monthly financial reporting for all Lyons entities.
Juanita received her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Alabama with majors in accounting, marketing, and management information systems. She is married with two children and five grandchildren. She is an active member of her church and serves regularly as a volunteer for several community organizations.
